The Survey

Once an enquiry has been made, we can organise for one of our friendly experienced estimators to carry out a pre-move survey, to get a total volume of the effects being moved. Our estimators have been in the removal trade for over 30 of years, gaining great experience in all areas, being able to locate the different towns and villages within the UK, showing our professional and quality service to each and every client, with the possibilities that are available for your move.

The Quotation

Once the survey has been carried out we will provide you with a written quotation with the requirements on, that was shown to our estimator on survey.

It will have a detailed copy of the specification that is needed, and will show everything that was agreed at the point of survey.

If you are happy with the quotation then we can move forward.

The Removal & Storage (if required)

Dates and times will be agreed by both parties and a schedule will be confirmed in writing to you.

On the day of the removal the crew will ensure that all the floors and banisters are covered while the crew are walking in and out of the property, they will do this at the collection and delivery address. We also use sofa covers, mattress bags, and picture and TV cartons to protect your goods.

If there is a gap between your collection date and delivery date, then we also offer storage facilities in our purpose built warehouse or in our CT boxes. The CT boxes mean that none of the goods will be moved and the CT box will be taken off the lorry and stood in our depot. Once the delivery date has arrived, then our crew will load the CT box onto the lorry and unload at your destination. Whilst the CT boxes are at our storage facility we have 24hr CCTV present, with electric fencing and alarms around the property for security, to ensure your goods are in safe hands.

The Crew & Packaging

All of our crew are friendly and hardworking, ensuring that the job is carried out to the best of their abilities. Each member is able to professionally pack, wrap and move the items, and making sure that each box and piece of furniture is allocated to the correct room, ready for delivering. The choice is yours whether you wish to pack yourself or use our packing services. We will pack as much as you want or as little as you want.
