Household Storage

Looking to store your goods in a secure environment? Go no further, here at Britannia Smeeton Panton we offer storage for everyone. No matter how long you need it, we can store it.

We have two purpose built, heated warehouses on site, which are both alarmed. Our grounds have a fully functional electric perimeter fence, which is fully alarmed. We also have a 24hr video surveillance unit in place.

The measurements for one of our storage containers are: 8' x 7'2 x 5'2.

The measurements for one of our CT boxes are: 26' x 8' x 8'.

We can also offer you our storage insurance if you require it.

Wooden Crate Containerised Storage

There is no minimum or maximum amount that you can store. If you are looking to store your goods and do not need to view them frequently, then our container storage facility in our warehouse would be a good option for you.

When the crew is loading the vehicle with the storage goods, an inventory will be made of all the items. Each item will have its own unique number. This is so that we can keep a record of your goods and the total amount in storage.

Once all the goods have been loaded, you and the crew will sign the inventory to confirm the items loaded. You shall be given a copy for future reference, then we can refer to the inventory should you require any items retrieving from your goods.

Self-Storage Containers

If you wish to regularly access your storage goods then the self-storage facility would best suit you. This is where you are in charge of your own container, you would bring your goods to our store and off load them into your container. You would have access to the container between our opening hours on our contacts page.

All of our self-storage containers are located in our secure warehouses.

Containerised Storage

On our site we also provide containerised storage facilities in our CT boxes. This is where we load our CT box at your property, bring it back to our site and mechanically take the CT box off the lorry.

Once you booked your removal date out of store, we load the CT box back on the lorry, and it means your goods have not been physically handled at all whilst in store.

Once we arrive at the delivery location, the crew then unload the items off the CT box and into your property.

Free Standing Conventional Storage

This facility is more effective for storing larger household items, or a bigger total volume to be stored.

It is ideal for someone looking for long term storage who doesn't want to access their goods regularly.
